Return & Refund

If you meet all of the following requirements, you may proceed with the return process outlined below.
– Return must be conducted within 14 days of the delivery date
– Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed
– All tags must be attached
– Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not refundable. Orders placed using promotional codes may be FINAL SALE, see a specific promotion for confirmation.
– The return is not due to damage or quality issues (for these instances, please contact customer service at siximofficial@gmail.com before you proceed with the return process)

Please Note:
Shipping back a damaged item without consulting customer service will not guarantee a refund, and you risk additional charges as the item(s) may be returned to you at your expense. We take the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our products very seriously and want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. To avoid additional charges above the return shipment, it is mandatory that you speak to a customer service agent if your garment does not fall within the Return Policy criteria.

Return Process:
1. On your order summary form, please check off the item(s) that you wish to return
2. On the Returns form, please fill out all required information about the return, being as specific as possible
3. Carefully repackage all merchandise being returned into the original box the items were shipped in
4. Include completed return forms with the return package
5. Adhere the provided pre-printed return label to the box. Be sure to remove the previous shipping label to avoid confusion
6. Ship items to the return address through any insured/traceable method of your choice
7. Your part is done! Once your return package is received by us, we will approve and process the return within 7 business days.

*Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and that these costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
